 - The property is located 10km from Duncan, BC on Mount Sicker.

- The property area has little work history completed in the last 50 years.

- Property is adjacent/down slope from the past producing Lenora, Tyee & Richard III past producers. 

- There is over 1300m of historical underground development between the XL, Key City and other smaller mine adits/shafts.

- A new massive sulphide zone at least 500m long and on strike of the Lenora mine has been located along the edge of Copper Canyon Creek, to date at least a dozen VMS showings found.

- The main mine fault cuts through the property.

- The property has the dried out Twin J (Lenora, Tyee tailings pond). Including an additional tailings area from the Copper Canyon mines.

- Property is accessible year round.

- Property could benefit from additional prospecting, sampling, drilling, trenching, EM and gravity surveys.
