- Property is 340 hectares, located in Honeymoon Bay, BC

- Close to infrastructure, low elevation and good access allows for year round exploration.

- Property covers the old Blue Grouse Mine tailings ponds which equal to an approximate meters of 300m x 200m x 10m.

- Property covers small portion of the reverted grants. - The property also covers the geophysical trend and a number of high copper, silver, zinc soil anomolies and the highest gold soil target in the area that have never been followed up on.

- The property is suitable for exploration using modern methods which to date have not been done.

- The property is also suitable for a tailings cleanup project, given the vast tailings on the claim which have left over copper, silver, magnetite, garnets and more from proscessing the garnet rich skarns.

- Sasquatch Resources has recently optioned this property to evaluate the potential of proscessing the tailings along with thier waste rock project covering the Blue Grouse waste rock on neighboring claims.
