 - The property is located 40km from Port Alberni, BC.

- Accessible year round with 2 wheel drive in most areas.

- As the property is at a lower elevation we generally only have snow for 2-4 weeks per year, so work can be completed year round.

- The property covers several dozen new sulphide occurrences including massive sulphide lenses, sulphide quartz veins and large skarns

- No work has been completed ever on the property, 95% of these are new occurences found in 2023 to present.

- No modern geophysical, geological or drilling has ever been completed.

- New logging and roads provide access to all claim areas.

- Initital XRFs in 2025 up to 17.12% copper.
