B & K GOLD PROPERTY

- Minimal prospecting work done to date. The property has had no work in the last 40 years other than some prospecting and sampling.

- Sample BP08 in 2023 run using an XRF came back with 11.21% cu from float.

- In 1999 a grab sample of dump material assayed 10.2% copper and 57g/ton gold.

- A creek which appears to drain summit lake area was partially traversed in 2023 and a float sample found assayed 73.9 g/ton Au.

- Four minfiles occur on the property including the B & K, Tan, Water and Panther Road South minfile occurrences.

- The B & K has many adits, trenches and opencuts.

- Samples from the B & K have assayed over 150g/ton gold.

- The property has not been explored using any modern exploration technology including geophysical work and proper drilling.

- Access via helicopter or on foot, roads allow access to most areas of the property but 50% are decommissioned.

- Property is accessible year round, with limited access only during hire fire risk times.

- We completed an assessment report in 2023 for Kermode Resources that covered a group of 5 seperate properties joined.
