- Property is 1567 hectares.
- Located 30km from Chilliwack, BC along the Slesse Creek Valley.
- Several minfiles occur on the property including Slesse Creek, Jumbo/Lincoln and Roy Minfiles.
- The property is adjacent to the American border which has many past producing mines such as the Lone Jack, Boundary Red Mountian Mine located a kilometer away and hosted in the same rock units as The Slesse Creek Property.
- The Canyon Creek Zone has a huge zone 300m wide by 1000m tall of heavy oxidation. Directly below this are hundreds of huge float boulders that contain semi-massive to massive sulphides.
- In Glacier Creek previous samples of float assayed over 30g/ton gold.
- Historic samples at the Torb zone assayed 22.9g/ton gold and over 1% copper.
- Many very anomalous stream and rock samples never followed up on historically.
- Sampling in 2023 of mostly float samples all ran between 1% and 11.09% copper.
- Property mineralization and geology suggest deposit types and gold quartz veins, gold skarns, intrusion related gold pyrrhotite veins.
- Property is accessible year round for the lower areas, due to snow higher elevation areas don't clear till may but remain accessible till October.
- Historical work mainly focused on stream sediment sampling and has had no drilling or modern geophysical work. Much of the property remains unexplored.
